Transitions the proposal to KYC_PENDING and returns the Unico SDK key that the device must use to capture the selfie.
The Unico SDK runs entirely on the device — no backend call to Unico happens here. Once the user completes the biometric capture, the app must send the resulting base64 image to POST /kyc/callback.
Idempotent: re-calling returns the same session.
